The legendary Sarajevo and Travnik ćevap joints inspired its creation.

Key features:
- Robust construction, also recommended for restaurant use.
- Brick-layered fireplace.
- Dense and thick carbon steel grids, designed for old-school Balkan-style grilling.
Advantages:
- Solid, square 8 mm grill-bars with 6 mm gaps, covering 60% of the surface above the charcoal. This reduces the suction power, and the carbon steel grids store and radiate even heat.
- The brick-layered fireplace also stores the heat, supporting an economical operation.
- The operation can also be done with the so called „Balkan ash technique”, when a part of the glowing charcoal is moderated with clean ash.
